  • What's inside the Nick Box?
    • The Nick Box is an officially licensed Nickelodeon subscription box service delivered to your door every season. Inside the box, you’ll find awesome collectibles and useful everyday items. Everything in your box is made by us which makes it one of a kind!
  • Who makes all this stuff?
    • We are CultureFly, an official partner of Nickelodeon.
  • Can't I just buy these items in stores?
    • Don’t be silly! The Nick Box features exclusive items that are not available anywhere else.
  • How does your subscription plan work?
    • Each box costs $49.99 plus shipping. Each Nick Box is sent seasonally and you will be billed before your box ships. And to make life easier after you sign up, our plan is set to automatically renew. That way you never miss out on limited edition Nick merchandise.
  • Can I give a Nick Box Subscription as a gift?
    • Yes. You can gift a subscription by creating a new account with a new user name and password for the recipient.
  • Can I have more than one subscription?
    • Yes.
  • How do I change my shirt size?
    • Log in or click on the "My Account" Icon then click on Manage Subscriptions click Edit and click Change Product Variant.
  • What are the measurements for unisex apparel?

    Shipping

    • What countries do you ship to?
      • Currently we are only taking orders and shipping within the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, other U.S territories, and Canada.
    • When will my Nick box ship?
      • Subscribers will receive a shipping notification when your box is dispatched via USPS along with a tracking number. At that point your box will arrive within 1 to 5 business days.
      • Summer Box - Mid-July
      • Fall Box - Mid/Late October 
      • Winter Box- Mid-December
      • Spring Box - Mid-April
    • How much does shipping cost?
      • $7.00 to anywhere in the U.S. and $25.00 in Canada.
    • Once my box ships how long will it take to arrive?
      • You will receive a shipping notification when your box is dispatched via FedEx along with a tracking number. At that point, your box will arrive within 1 to 5 business days. If you start your subscription after the initial ship date of a particular season, it may take up to two weeks for it to ship to you.
    • How do I change my shipping address?
      • Log in or click on the "My Account" Icon then click on Manage Subscriptions . Select Edit on your current subscription and you will be able to update your billing and shipping addresses. To avoid having your package lost, please make your changes before the following dates.
      • Spring Box - March 15th
      • Summer Box- June 15th
      • Fall Box - September 15th
      • Winter Box - November 15th

      Billing

      • When will I be billed for a recurring subscription? ** Please note, you will be charged in full on initial sign up**
        • You will be charged for the full cost of a box on signup ($49.99 plus shipping). Once you sign up, you will automatically receive a box every season. Your payment information will be saved and a recurring charge will be processed. Please refer to the chart below for processing dates.
        • Spring Box - March 15th
          Summer Box- June 15th
          Fall Box - September 15th
          Winter Box - November 15th
      • What payment options are available?
        • We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal.
      • How do I update my payment information?
        • In order to change your Credit Card info, Log into your account, click Manage Subscriptions then Billing Information and then click on Edit Card
      • How do I cancel my subscription?
        • We’re so sorry to see you go! Log in or click on the "My Account" Icon then click on Manage Subscriptions > click Cancel > select your reason and hit Cancel Subscription. Since our plan is set to auto renew, to prevent your card from being charged when the next box ships, please cancel before the following dates.
        • Spring Box - March 15th
        • Summer Box - June 15th
        • Fall Box - September 15th
        • Winter Box - November 15th
        • If you cancel your subscription after these dates your card will still be charged and your box will ship. But you will not be signed up to receive a box in the following season.

      Exchanges and Returns

      • An item was broken or damaged in my Nick Box. What should I do?
      • I received the wrong shirt size. What should I do?
        • Oh fish sticks! We try our hardest to make sure every box is packed perfectly. But if you’ve received the wrong size please email us at: contact@TheNickbox.com

          If, for any reason, a full return of the box is approved, the box will need to be returned to us unopened and in the original shrinkwrap.
      • My Shipping box has a dent?
        • We put a lot of thought into designing our boxes to make sure they are visually appealing. Please keep in mind the box is a shipping box first and is designed to protect what's inside. We do not offer replacements for any damaged box.
      • What is an acceptable return?
        • We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and are not able to offer replacements on this basis. Variations like minor paint flaws or blemishes to packaging will not be considered damage.
