We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is proven to be defective, which must be proven by the customer. If you receive a defective item, please contact us no later than thirty days from your receipt of the defective item, at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect, photos, and any other necessary information and we will make best efforts to determine a workable solution.
Upon receipt of the returned product, if necessary, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will at our election replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
TERMS OF SERVICE
The Subscription Contract is between you and us. Quarterly Subscriptions: By purchasing a Quarterly Subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive quarterly period at the then-current subscription rate.
Annual Subscriptions: By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended after a year, and your payment method will automatically be charged for the Annual rate on the date of recurred billing, unless cancelled.To cancel your Subscription at anytime, you must log on to your account and follow the cancellation procedures. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. If you’d like to cancel your next Nick Box, you must do so prior to the re-billing date which can be found on the “Help” section of TheNickBox.com. The Nick Box may submit periodic charges (e.g., quarterly) without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before The Nick Box reasonably could act. Company may terminate agreement at any time provided Customer receives refund for any product paid for but not delivered.
